The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a contract-driven environment, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting in a contract-driven or asset-based billing environment.
• Associate\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; Bachelor\'s degree a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reconciliation workbooks, pivot tables, and formula-driven billing models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with ERP or billing management systems; familiarity with E-Automate a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technology independently; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process pass-through remittances daily with accurate rounding and rate structures.
• Balance and reconcile leasing AR; ensure accuracy with leasing company accounts.
• Manage unapplied transactions and resolve items weekly.
• Support aging AR reviews and assist with collections escalations.
• Provide guidance on complex billing and contract inquiries to AR team.
• Maintain spreadsheet-based billing workflows and ensure timely completion.
• Process and track invoicing through third-party portals; manage vendor credits.
