Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Contracts Support Specialist in Lansdale, PA, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The role provides administrative, data-management, and contract lifecycle support to ensure accuracy and compliance across documentation and systems.

You will perform Oracle data entry, assist with contract closeouts, maintain files, and coordinate with Finance, Program Management, Supply Chain and Legal to support contract execution and modifications while tracking deliverables.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Contracts or related operational support roles.
• Proficiency in ORACLE.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, sorting, and validation.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• High accuracy and reliability in data processing and documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely data entry within ORACLE or successor order-entry systems.
• Support contract lifecycle documentation, including closeouts and recordkeeping.
• Maintain organized contract files and assist with routing, formatting, and document development.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, documentation standards, and version control.
• Validate contract data for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with workflows.
• Coordinate with Finance, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Legal to support contract execution.
• Provide administrative support for contract modifications and tracking deliverables.
