Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Data Processing Coordinator at our Altomonte Springs, FL location on a hybrid schedule. You will ensure successful fulfillment of data requests related to order processing and purchasing, adhering to standard procedures to deliver excellent customer experience.

You will reconcile data across internal and external systems, generate reports, and collaborate with utility clients and project teams to improve processes, efficiency, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, data processing, records coordination, or related admin roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and client-facing teams.
• Strong skills in organizing, filtering, and validating data in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile data across internal and external systems and drive timely resolutions.
• Develop and distribute data-quality and status reports for project teams and clients.
• Evaluate data completeness, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and clients to obtain documentation and ensure accurate data entry.
