Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Subcontracts Specialist II (Finance) to drive procurement of materials and services, ensure compliance with DoD and company policies, and evaluate bids. You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and work on a hybrid schedule from Tempe, AZ (also Glendale, AZ, Clearwater, FL or Norcross, GA).

The role requires 1+ years in procurement/subcontracts, strong negotiation, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in procurement/subcontracts administration, L&C, Supply Chain.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
