Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Contracts Support to ensure accuracy and compliance in contract documentation, support closeout activities, and maintain data integrity across required systems. The role offers growth opportunities within the Contracts function for a fast-learning, detail-focused individual.

This position collaborates with Finance, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Legal to support contract execution, modifications, and recordkeeping, with emphasis on data validation

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in Contracts or Contract Administration.
• Proficiency in ORACLE.
• Strong Excel skills with basic formulas, sorting, and validation.
• Knowledge of contract closeout processes and workflow fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely data entry in ORACLE or successor order-entry systems.
• Support contract lifecycle documentation including closeouts and recordkeeping.
• Maintain organized contract files and assist with routing, formatting, and document development.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and version control standards.
• Validate contract data for completeness and alignment with workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Legal.
• Provide administrative support for contract modifications and tracking deliverables.
