Bray International is seeking a contract/claims professional to review and revise contracts, support with vendor approvals, and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements. The role involves negotiating terms, drafting policies, and aiding the Chief Legal Officer in related duties.

Based at Bray’s Houston headquarters, the candidate should have 2–3 years of legal experience in contract review and a background in manufacturing or related operations.

• Associates or better.
• Bachelor's or better.
• Technical/other training or better in Paralegal Studies or related field.

Mansioni

• Review and revise contracts to improve or limit exposure and support related doc submission.
• Negotiate contract terms and provide operational guidance based on contract requirements.
• Coordinate with Compliance on contract standards and data privacy requirements and document deviations with counsel/executives.
• Draft and develop written policies and procedures to establish standard terms and conditions for transactions.
• Support duties assigned by the Chief Legal Officer.
