360 Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Attorney to review, draft, and validate company documents, contracts, and other legal paperwork in a corporate environment. You will identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance while advising internal teams on contractual matters.

You will maintain meticulous records, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel, and support negotiations to protect the company’s interests.

Formación

• Strong experience in legal document review and contract management.
• Knowledge of corporate law, commercial agreements, and legal compliance.
• Experience drafting and reviewing NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
• Excellent analytical, research, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and risk assessment capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate legal documents, business contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Draft and review NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and other corporate documents.
• Identify potential legal risks, inconsistencies, and compliance issues in documents.
• Ensure contracts and legal documentation meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal guidance to internal teams on contractual matters.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and agreements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors when required.
• Support contract negotiations and recommend necessary revisions to protect the company's interests.
