Job summary

Bray International, Inc. is seeking a contract compliance professional to support contract reviews, negotiation, and policy development from our Houston headquarters.

You will help ensure legal compliance, manage documentation, and collaborate with the Compliance group on data privacy and supply chain requirements. Qualifications include 2–3 years in contract review or manufacturing support, an associate or bachelor’s degree (paralegal studies preferred), and strong attention to detail to

Qualifications

• Associates or better.
• Bachelors or better.
• Technical/other training or better in Paralegal Studies or related field.
• 2-3 years: Legal experience in support of contract review or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise contracts to improve exposure, coordinate with Compliance, and manage records.
• Negotiate contract terms and provide operational guidance based on requirements.
• Coordinate contract standards and initiatives with Compliance and document deviations with legal counsel/exec management.
• Policy writing and development of standard terms and conditions for company transactions.
