Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a CMMS Administrator to maintain and support the site CMMS, ensuring accurate data, work orders, equipment records, and departmental documentation. The role supports Maintenance, Calibration, and Facilities with training records, service contracts, inventory control, and leadership reporting.

The position requires a proactive, organized candidate with strong communication and leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent with 2-4 years experience or AA degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years experience within a GXP compliant pharmaceutical / biotech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMMS database for the site and write/revise SOPs.
• Ensure proper entry and modification of equipment data in CMMS.
• Develop and maintain equipment service files and manuals.
• Ensure timely generation and reconciliation of maintenance and calibration work orders.
• Manage facilities and maintenance work requests and training records.
