Summary of Position

Curium Pharma is seeking an organized and detail-oriented CMMS Analyst for a temporary contract position (6 months) within our Maintenance and Calibration department. This entry-level role focuses on digital asset management tracking, maintenance data logging, and on-site vendor logistics to ensure smooth, compliant daily operations during our active transitional period.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Essential Functions
  • Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA, DEA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.).
  • CMMS & Data Management: Scan physical documentation, track metrics, and upload records accurately into the IBM Maximo Asset Management system.
  • PM Work Order Kitting: Organize, verify, and stage parts, tools, and documentation kits required for upcoming preventative maintenance (PM) work orders to minimize field delays for technicians.
  • Compliance Support: Assist technical teams with updating and converting preventative maintenance (PM) records to meet new regulatory data guidelines.
  • Site Security: Act as the primary escort for vendors, contractors, and visitors while they are on-site.
  • Clerical Support: Perform general departmental office duties including filing, data entry, and sorting mail.
  • Must wear steel-toe shoes and safety glasses while in designated facility areas.
  • Must be able and willing to don full PPE required to enter medical-grade clean rooms.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; background in data tracking or analytics is a plus.
  • 0-1 year experience; prior CMMS system exposure or warehouse organization experience is welcome but not required (training provided).
  • Basic proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Familiarity or strong willingness to learn CMMS software, specifically IBM Maximo.
  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional visitor interaction.
Working Conditions
  • Willingness to work in plant producing radioactive materials and requiring all employees to participate in safety programs designed to minimize potential and/or actual exposure levels.
  • Responsibilities include the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, kneeling, crouching, twisting the upper body, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, must be able to physically negotiate stairs and evacuation ladders with or without accommodation, wear and operate safety equipment, enter vessels, and inspect equipment.
  • Material handling devices (e.g., hand truck, fork truck, and conveyors) are used when possible, however, use of proper lifting and movement techniques is necessary to prevent injury.
  • Must be willing to wear a variety of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) and hearing protection as needed.
  • May be required to sit or stand for long periods of 8+ hours a day while performing duties and donning appropriate PPE.
  • Must possess good hand-eye coordination; close attention to detail is required.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors with exposure to mechanical/moving parts, hazards including corrosive, flammable and toxic material, dust, dirt, odors, and irritants.
  • Willingness to complete safety training within allotted timeframes, and work in a team-based environment.
  • Must be able to work outside of regular work hours, including off shift, weekend, and holiday work as business needs require.
