Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner or PA-C to provide essential psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults in a Lyra Clinical Associates network in Pennsylvania.

The role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, family engagement, ethical practice, and ongoing improvement. Clinicians will conduct 30-minute video intakes with follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and refer to evidence-based therapy and coaching services,

Qualifications

• PMHNP or PA credentials with licensure in the US (unrestricted state license).
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Preference for NP/PA-C with minors experience and DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric medication management through 60-minute intake and follow-up visits.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal treatment planning.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Possess commitment to evidence-based care and safety guidelines.
