Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to deliver essential mental health care to children, teens, and young adults across the United States, with emphasis on diagnostic expertise, family engagement, ethical practice, and ongoing improvement.

You will provide evidence-based medication management through live 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups, while coordinating with Lyra’s network of therapists and coaches to facilitate integrated

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or from an accredited PA program with certification through PANCE, with preference for psychiatry-focused credentials.
Unrestricted state license in the United States.
Minimum of 2 years in clinical practice.
Preference for candidates with DEA license and with minor-focused certification or experience.

Responsibilities

Practice comprehensive mental health medication management with 60-minute intake and regular follow-up appointments.
Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations; manage longitudinal medication treatment.
Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations; communicate with patients via messages and prescribe medications.
Adhere to evidence-based treatment guidelines and clinical best practices to maximize safety and outcomes.
