Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited PMHNP program or PA with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license required.
• Minimum 2 years of practice.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Experience with minors preferred.
• Office space to see clients in Allentown.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake assessments and follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Ensure evidence-based medication treatment with best-practice guidelines.
