Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking an experienced CDL Program Director to lead the CDL program across the Houston campus. You will supervise Driver Trainers, drive curriculum development, and ensure student advising and success during the 10-month training cycle.

You will manage program operations, coordinate schedules and facilities, and partner with the Home Office to improve training delivery while maintaining compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in CDL training programs.
• Experience developing and revising curriculum.
• Ability to advise and support students and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL program and supervise Driver Trainers.
• Develop and implement curriculum and training delivery.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic advising.
• Coordinate schedules and facilities for training cohorts.
• Attend meetings and produce program reports.
