Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a Contract Campus Recruiting Assistant in New York City to support a fast-paced campus recruiting team. You will handle candidate administration, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating recruiting events, while maintaining strong candidate communications during peak season.

The ideal candidate has prior recruiting or campus recruiting experience and exposure to large-scale campus programs, preferably within financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of recruiting, campus recruiting, or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume candidate scheduling and recruiting administration.
• Experience screening resumes and managing candidate information within an ATS.
• Experience supporting campus recruiting programs within financial services preferred.

Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a Contract Campus Recruiting Assistant to support its team in New York City. This position will support a high-volume campus recruiting team with candidate administration, resume screening, interview scheduling, recruiting events, and candidate communications during a busy campus season.

The ideal candidate has prior recruiting or campus recruiting experience and exposure to a large-scale campus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 1+ years of recruiting, campus recruiting, or recruiting coordination experience, required.
• Experience supporting high-volume candidate scheduling and recruiting administration, required.
• Experience screening resumes and managing candidate information within an ATS, required.li>

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $30-$35/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
