Job summary

Parr is seeking a Contract Billing Coordinator to manage Single Line Billing accounts for customers paying by PO. The role emphasizes timely, accurate billing, data reconciliation, and close collaboration with Sales, AMT, and support teams at a busy lumber location in Oregon.

The ideal candidate has strong math, Office skills, and a proactive service mindset. You will work with ERP, Excel, and Outlook daily, handling billable variances, true-ups, and monthly profitability recaps while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the building material industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must type 40+ WPM.
• Strong numeracy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up internal and external jobs for all Single Line Billing accounts.
• Ensure Billing Sheets submitted are properly completed.
• Track billing dates and reconcile PO amounts with billed amounts.
• Submit any true-up amounts to the AMT group.
• Collaborate with CSR, Sales Coordinators, AMT, and regional managers.
• Provide monthly profitability and sales recaps for managers and directors.
• Use ERP, Outlook, and Excel to support billing processes.
