Job summary

Teletask powers public sector communication, using automated text, voice, and email outreach for government and public health agencies, serving over 6 million WIC participants across 35+ states. The company is at an inflection point, building operational infrastructure with a small, entrepreneurial, fully remote team.

We are seeking a revenue cycle professional to oversee the critical quote-to-cash process, ensure deals are legally compliant, and submit through procurement portals.

Qualifications

• Develop proficiency in the quote-to-invoice process and accurately process real quotes and invoices with minimal supervision.
• Decrease the previous month's backlog of PO and invoicing by 50%.
• Produce clean overage calculations and renewal reconciliations for accounts.

Responsibilities

• Submit proposals and bids via enterprise and government e-procurement portals, attaching all required vendor and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers for Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and review statutory-language edits during contract negotiations.
• Reconcile inbound Purchase Orders (POs) against finalized agreements and provide final authorization for order fulfillment.

Who You'll Work With:

• Report to Teletask's executive leadership team and sit at the center of the revenue cycle, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Implementation.
• The team is small by design, so the process you build becomes the way Teletask operates.
