Job summary

Teletask is hiring a Contract & Billing Operations Specialist to manage bids, compliance, and contract handoffs in a US remote setting. You will coordinate procurements, secure COIs, and ensure the financial system reflects executed agreements.

The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Implementation. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in revenue operations or deal desks, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and e-procurement tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Finance, or Contract Administration, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to audit data, calculate billing, and reconcile accounts without templates.
• Sharp attention to detail to catch missing signatures and ensure bid accuracy.
• Comfortable serving as connective tissue between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute bid submissions via enterprise and government e-procurement portals (e.g., SAP Ariba, Proactis).
• Attach and verify compliance docs such as SOC 2 reports, W-9s, and sole-source justifications.
• Coordinate with brokers to secure COIs and review statutory language edits during contracts.
• Maintain system of record by saving BAAs, HIPAA documents, and government addendums in the financial system.
• Reconcile inbound POs against finalized agreements and gate order fulfillment for onboarding.
