Job summary

Teletask is seeking a Contract & Billing Operations Specialist to manage bids, compliance, and the handoff from sales to delivery. You will coordinate with legal, finance, and implementation teams to ensure flawless contract execution and invoicing for government and enterprise customers.

You will bring 3–5 years in revenue operations or deal desks, strong analytical skills, and deep knowledge of government procurement processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Finance, or Contract Administration in a B2B SaaS/tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Submit proposals and bids via enterprise gov/finance portals (e.g., SAP Ariba, Proactis).
• Attach required vendor/compliance docs (SOC 2, W-9, sole-source justifications).
• Coordinate with insurance brokers to secure COIs; review contract language edits.
• Save BAAs, HIPAA documents, and government addendums into the financial system.
• Reconcile inbound POs against finalized agreements for order handoff.
• Authorize onboarding tickets once financial requirements are met.
