Job summary

Empower Mental Health is seeking an experienced audiologist to conduct VA C&P evaluations on a flexible, contractor basis. This 1099 role centers on testing, documentation, and objective reports, with no clinical treatment required.

In-person opportunities are available; applicants must hold an active Audiologist license and relevant degrees. The position offers structured workloads and the chance to support Veteran benefits assessments.

Qualifications

• Active Audiologist license.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct VA Compensation & Pension (C&P) audiology evaluations for Veterans.
• Perform structured hearing and tinnitus-related evaluations based on VA guidelines.
• Utilize Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and standardized audiology testing protocols.
• Prepare clear, concise, and timely reports in VA-required formats.
• Maintain clear boundaries between evaluation and treatment.
• Adhere to all ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards.
