Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a licensed attorney for a remote, part-time contract role focused on technology-contract evaluation and AI training in real-world legal workflows.

You will draft, review, negotiate and redline technology contracts (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs) and provide expert feedback to improve AI risk assessment, language interpretation and precision of legal analysis.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with technology contracts (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs).
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Apply technology-contract expertise to help train and evaluate advanced AI systems used in real-world legal work. This remote, part-time contract opportunity focuses on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining, with direct impact on how AI identifies risk, interprets contract language, and delivers precise legal analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves model performance and precision.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
• Partner with product and research teams to improve data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
• Help shape how advanced AI is trained, evaluated, and applied for legal practitioners.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of experience with technology contracts, including negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining.

Work Terms

Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

$80 to $130 per hour.
