SaidGig is seeking a part-time remote contractor to apply in-house technology transactions experience to AI-based contract review, drafting, negotiation, review, and redlining.

You will conduct simulated negotiations, evaluate AI outputs, and help design scoring criteria. Ideal candidates hold a J.D. with active bar admission and 3+ years of experience handling MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.

Qualifikationen

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.

• Ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Work Terms

Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

$80 to $105 per hour.
