SaidGig seeks a part-time, remote Counsel specializing in technology transactions to train and evaluate AI on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining workflows. The role emphasizes practical, real‑world testing of AI systems with high‑stakes legal content.

You will simulate negotiations, create playbooks, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI accuracy, precision, and judgment while collaborating with product and research teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• At least 3 years of Counsel experience focused on technology transactions.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, APAs, and SPAs.
• Strong contract negotiation, drafting, review, redlining, and management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical ability.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology, with experience working across disciplines in fast-paced environments.

Work Terms

Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

$90 to $130 per hour.
