SaidGig is seeking a remote, part-time contractor to apply expertise in technology transactions to train and evaluate AI for real-world legal work, including drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining of contracts.

You will create evaluation frameworks and provide feedback to improve AI accuracy in contract scenarios, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of counsel experience focused on technology transactions.
• Expertise in playbooks, contract drafting, contract negotiation, and redlining.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, close attention to detail, and strong analytical ability.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into clear, actionable feedback for AI systems.

Role Overview

Apply your technology transactions experience to improve how advanced AI systems review, interpret, and negotiate legal agreements. This remote, part-time contract role focuses on training and evaluating AI for real-world legal work, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves precision, risk identification, and legal judgment.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
• Partner with product and research teams to refine data, guidance, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

• At least 3 years of counsel experience focused on technology transactions, including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Expertise in playbooks, contract drafting, contract negotiation, and redlining.

• Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
• Experience at a corporate law firm.

Work Terms

Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement. Work contributes to a research environment developing AI tools for legal practitioners.

Compensation

$100 to $200 per hour.
