Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent contract writing skills required.
• Experience using contract templates, preparing redlines, and translating business requirements into clear contract terms.
• Strong attention to detail in identifying ambiguities and inconsistencies.
• Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Construction-related or other technical contract experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and prepares master agreements, scopes of work, amendments, change orders, NDAs, and related contract documents per policy.
• Collaborates with business partners to obtain vendor proposals and supports bidder review and selection processes.
• Attends project or status meetings and assists with change orders or amendments.
• Maintains contract files, document control, and retention; tracks expiration dates and options.
• Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and internal controls across transactions.
• Pre-qualifies bidders and drafts scopes for RFPs; reviews bid packages and supports Sourcing.
• Coordinates with bidders on final contract execution and notices; participates in EHS requirements.
