AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Contracts Administrator to coordinate the contract review across Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, IT and End-User departments, ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will maintain direct contact with suppliers during negotiation, enforce purchasing procedures, and support the contract lifecycle. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years in contract management are required, with travel and flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance or related field is required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience working as a contract manager or in a similar capacity.
  • An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered.

Job description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for the review and coordination of all contracts as they flow between the Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, Information Technology and End-User Departments in order to ensure compliance with the policies that govern the Purchasing Department and the company.

About the Role

Contracts Administrator - The individual facilitates the contract review process between the Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, Information Technology and End-User Departments; reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns; and enforces Purchasing Policies and Procedures. Employee also has direct contact with suppliers/vendors during the contract review and negotiation process.

  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience utilizing contract tracking systems is preferred.
