California Department of Industrial Relations is seeking a staff-level role to support LMS administration and training-related contracts in a Sacramento office. You will assist with system management, contract administration, and training delivery while leveraging data for reporting and process improvements.
The incumbent will work under the Supervisor I to ensure accurate record-keeping, timely communications, and efficient training operations in a busy government environment.

Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, the incumbent is responsible for a variety of analytical and program support functions related to the system administration of the Learning Management Syste, (LMS) for the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). This includes assisting in the development and administration of training-related contracts, the administration of the LMS, developing and delivery training.

Employees in thi s position work in an office setting in a high-rise building in downtown Sacramento, and are required to work extensively on computers as necessary for drafting of letters, other d ocuments, research, email communication, file review, training, and other purposes.
