Devoted Health is looking for a Contract Talent Partner to own full life-cycle recruiting across member services, sales, and clinical roles. The 4–6 month engagement requires speed, accuracy, and a candidate-first approach in a fast-growing setting.

You will source broadly, partner with hiring leaders, and apply AI tools to accelerate processes while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and cultural fit.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in high-growth, high-volume hiring.
• Healthcare, insurance, or clinical recruiting experience.
• Comfort with AI tools and LLMs in daily workflow.
• Contract recruiting background, corporate or agency.
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management.

Who you are

• 3–5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to perform in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Track record of success in high-volume, high-pressure hiring
• Sharp judgment and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
• Comfortable adopting new technologies quickly and approaches recruiting with an AI-forward mindset
• Corporate recruiting background
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or clinical recruiting
• Actively using LLMs and AI tools in your day-to-day workflow (this one matters to us!)
