Job summary

Instrata seeks a Contract Administrator to oversee contract administration, subcontract management, and commercial documentation on complex construction and technology infrastructure projects. You will partner with Project Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure accurate contract administration throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience administering customer contracts, change orders, and commercial documentation.
Knowledge of construction contracts, project delivery methods, and commercial risk.
Ability to maintain confidential commercial information with integrity.
Experience coordinating contract execution and renewals across projects.

Responsibilities

Administer customer contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract documents through the project lifecycle.
Review contracts for compliance with terms, company policies, and customer requirements.
Coordinate execution, amendments, change orders, and renewals with stakeholders.
Maintain organized contract repositories with version control and audit readiness.
Support project managers and legal teams to resolve contractual questions and mitigate risk.
