Qualifications

• Minimum six years of contract, procurement, legal, business, accounting, or financial experience.
• Experience reviewing contracts for accuracy and risk, and processing large volumes.
• Education or experience supporting GAAP/GASB standards and procurement rules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract data and commitments for timely processing in OnBase and SAP.
• Review contracts per OSC guidelines to assess risk and accuracy.
• Monitor available funds and coordinate funding data with stakeholders.
• Create and manage Docusign envelopes for various contract types.
• Provide contract customer service to multiple departments and project teams.
• Back up contract review for high‑risk or complex contracts via OnBase workflow.
