Job summary

Heavy Level Consulting Group seeks a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support heavy civil construction projects in Northern California. You will administer contracts and subcontracts, maintain project documentation, and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, owners, and legal counsel.

The role demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment on public and private infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• 3–5 years of contract administration or construction administration experience.
• Experience with heavy civil, transportation, infrastructure, or public works projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, execute, and maintain owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
• Monitor contract requirements for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Track contract milestones, insurance, bonds, and renewals.
• Support Project Managers with contract interpretation throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate subcontract execution prior to project mobilization and process change orders.
