Averro is seeking a Contract Administrator for an advanced energy technology company, offering a path for someone with federal procurement experience to advance in government contracting. The role involves administering subcontracts and POs, managing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with 2 CFR 200 and related regulations.

• 4+ years of procurement and/or contract management experience, including DOD, DOE, or other government contracting.
• Hands-on experience with 2 CFR 200, subcontract administration, and client/supplier relations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Administer subcontracts and purchase orders from pre-award (RFP/RFQ, price analysis) through closeout.
• Manage supplier performance, change control, cost, and schedule; resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies.
• Select terms and conditions, partner with Legal on supplier exceptions, and route packages for approval.
• Support federal contracting requirements, including 2 CFR 200, and maintain accurate purchasing files.
