Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Supervisor Contract Administration to oversee title operations within New Owner Administration. This role ensures SOX compliance and supervises processes and associates across teams; responsibilities include audit, quality control, closing disbursement, and possibly loan origination or recording.

The position requires discretion and general supervision to complete diverse tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in Mortgage Banking, Title, or Vacation Ownership preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience directing hourly associates.
• Experience with NOA systems (Universe, Concord, Sagent, DGSUN, RCC, Documentum) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and reports and present to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct associates through training, performance management, scheduling.
• Serve as technical expert on operational matters for the team and area of expertise.
• Oversee the responsibilities for the department assigned.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on processes as needed.
• Provide instruction and coaching to associates as needed.
• Manage and maintain sensitive issues with associates with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality, protecting privacy and security.
• Partner with peers and management to promote teamwork and achieve goals.
• Adhere to company and department policies, safety, and security.
• Create, update, and maintain department SOPs and job aids.
• Responsible for meeting monthly/quarterly deadlines and goals.
• Other duties include special projects, testing, and ad hoc reporting.
