Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Quality Assurance Closing Officer in Key West to ensure customers clearly understand contracts and terms during the closing process.

The role requires maintaining an active Real Estate License where mandated, with a preference for a Notary license. You will audit materials, coordinate with Sales, Contracts, and Underwriting, and provide QA support across the closing process.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Notary license preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in QA/VLO or similar quality assurance role in sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with customers to present contracts and ensure understanding of terms.
• Develop understanding of closing paperwork, QA processes, and contract creation.
• Act as a knowledgeable contact point throughout the purchase process and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth closing.
• Audit materials and recordings to ensure compliance with QA standards and policies.
• Follow training, provide feedback, and support process improvements.
