Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Regional Sales Administration Manager to lead contracting operations across North America timeshare centers. You will drive policy compliance, oversee reporting, and partner with audit and IT to enhance efficiency.

You will manage remote teams, ensure real estate and escrow compliance, and mentor Sales Administration Managers and staff while aligning with MVW budgets and corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
• At least eight years of progressive management experience.
• Experience in real estate or vacation ownership industry preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced, results oriented business environments.
• Demonstrated success managing a team of direct reports located remotely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracting operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead site contracting teams and drive performance metrics.
• Develop reporting on production and closing efficiencies.
• Coordinate with Audit to resolve unclosed business and exceptions.
• Provide training and guidance to SAMs and staff.
• Ensure adherence to state real estate rules and financing laws.
