Job summary

Energy Transfer is offering a Summer Intern position in Contract Administration for Natural Gas in Dallas. The intern will support the team in documenting contracts, coordinating amendments, and maintaining contract databases to aid monthly settlements.

Responsibilities include drafting notifications, assisting with contract execution, and ensuring compliance with SOX, while collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Plant Accounting, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with interest in the midstream energy sector.
• Preferred classification: Junior or Senior.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain databases with contract information for monthly accounting and settlement.
• Interface with Legal and coordinate/draft contract amendments.
• Manage contract inventory in Quorum and FileNet systems.
• Collaborate with Commercial to review new deals and provisions.
• Follow SOX procedures and maintain audit records.
