• Post daily payments including ACH, wires, and lockbox.
• Perform customer, bank, cash, and GL reconciliations.
• Research unapplied cash, credits, discrepancies, and refunds.
• Prepare daily cash reporting and investigate variances.
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Collections and other teams to resolve AR issues.
• Analyze transactional data to identify trends or improvement opportunities.
• Support audits, special projects and process improvements.
• Serve as an AR resource for internal teams.
