Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage supplier payments, process invoices, and maintain accuracy for our US and Mexico operations in Los Angeles. You will handle invoice processing, vendor setup, tax forms (W-9s), supplier inquiries, and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced, detail‑driven environment.

Spanish language skills are a plus, and a high school diploma with accounting training or degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and data entry for vendor invoices.

• Respond to supplier inquiries and assist with payment-related issues.
• Contribute to process improvements in the AP workflow.
