Navitus is a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) delivering cost-effective medication solutions. This role leads multiple process-improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and RPA, analyzes processes, defines scope, and implements optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Black Belt certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement with measurable results.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Analyze current processes, define scope, and implement optimal solutions.
