Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Business Partner to drive process excellence across the organization. You will lead strategic initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other proven methodologies, acting as a mentor and coach to empower teams to achieve operational excellence.

The role focuses on managing multiple improvement projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and promoting CI adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Process Improvement or a related field is required.
• Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology required.
• Change Management certification preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, or related experience, with a track record of measurable results is required.
• Strong project management experience required, including business case development and implementation planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects for process improvement, process design, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poke yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC.
• Serve as CI Business Relationship Manager to assigned business areas, collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives.
• Analyze and baseline current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with business owners.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and navigate challenges effectively.
• Develop project plans, lead teams through improvement cycles, and ensure milestones are met.
• Promote awareness and adoption CI methodologies across the enterprise.
• Support training and coaching for employees at all levels of the organization.
• Document and maintain guidelines and best practices for consistency across CI functions.
