Job summary

Navitus, a leading pharmacy benefit manager, seeks a seasoned Transformation Program Manager to lead end-to-end value stream delivery. You will translate corporate priorities into actionable plans, coordinate milestones, and drive measurable business outcomes across business, operations, technology, and finance teams.

• Translate enterprise transformation priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as the accountable leader for achievement of value stream outcomes and value realization targets.
• Provide integrated leadership across business, operations, technology, finance, and delivery teams.
• Facilitate value-based prioritization decisions that maximize strategic, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
• Challenge priorities and scope when work no longer supports intended outcomes.

• Ensure new capabilities are organizationally ready for deployment through readiness assessments and training.
