Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Consultant, Pharmacy Network to enhance client support for PBM services and to lead strategy and service performance for key clients. You will partner cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction and support contracts, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective communication with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, business or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in PBM, client management or project management preferred.
• Strong understanding of PBM processes, pharmacy benefits and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client relationships by building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients and acting as a primary contact for inquiries.
• Oversee and improve client support processes to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Monitor performance metrics to drive service quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead client inquiries and serve as SME for deliverables and open items.
• Interpret data from pharmacy networks and formulary sources to support reporting requirements.
• Maintain and manage projects to improve existing processes and deliver higher quality outcomes.
• Support client implementations and participate in client-facing meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, pharmacy, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
