Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Business Partner to join our team. This role drives process excellence across the organization, leading strategic initiatives and mentoring teams to achieve operational excellence.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma methods, lead multiple improvement projects, and collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize efforts. This remote-friendly position requires strong PM skills and a passion for healthcare process optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Process Improvement or related field is required.
Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is required.
Change Management certification is preferred.
5+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, or related experience with measurable results.
Strong project management experience including business case development and implementation planning.
Extensive experience with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of PBM industry is preferred.
Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
Familiarity with change management philosophies and practices preferred.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple process improvement projects and RPA initiatives.
Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to optimize processes.
Act as CI Business Relationship Manager with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives.
Analyze current-state processes to identify optimal solutions.
Define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with owners.
Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Build stakeholder relationships and navigate challenges.
Develop project plans and coach teams through improvement cycles.
Promote CI methodologies across the enterprise and support training.

Pay Range

USD $79,872.00 - USD $98,003.00 /Yr.

STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum)

5.00 - Salaried Non-Management except pharmacists

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Business Partner is a key driver of process excellence across the organization. This role manages strategic initiatives using proven methodologies to deliver measurable, sustainable results aligned with organizational goals. Acting as a project leader, mentor, and coach, the CI Business Partner will foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams at all levels to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement, process design, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) simultaneously.
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poke yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC.
Serve as CI Business Relationship Manager to assigned business area(s), collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives.
Analyze and baseline current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with business owners.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and navigate challenges effectively.
Develop project plans, lead teams through improvement cycles, and ensure milestones are met.
Promote awareness and adoption CI methodologies across the enterprise.
Support training and coaching for employees at all levels of the organization.
Document and maintain guidelines and best practices for consistency across CI functions.
Other duties as assigned.
