Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Business Partner to join our team. This role drives process excellence across the organization, leading strategic initiatives and mentoring teams to achieve operational excellence.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma methods, lead multiple improvement projects, and collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize efforts. This remote-friendly position requires strong PM skills and a passion for healthcare process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Process Improvement or related field is required.
• Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is required.
• Change Management certification is preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, or related experience with measurable results.
• Strong project management experience including business case development and implementation planning.
• Extensive experience with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of PBM industry is preferred.
• Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with change management philosophies and practices preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple process improvement projects and RPA initiatives.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to optimize processes.
• Act as CI Business Relationship Manager with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify optimal solutions.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with owners.
• Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
• Build stakeholder relationships and navigate challenges.
• Develop project plans and coach teams through improvement cycles.
• Promote CI methodologies across the enterprise and support training.
