Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a CI Lead (KHMS) in Massillon, OH. The role leads deployment, coaching, and sustainment of KHMS methodologies across the process area to systematically eliminate losses and drive OEE improvement.

The position supports training, health checks, problem-solving, and standard deployment across the 24-hour operation, with day shift scheduling and flexibility to cover all shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• KHMS methodologies: Problem Solving (5Why, 5W-1H), 5S, CIL, Centerline, Defect Handling, Breakdown Elimination.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and drive adoption of standards at the shop-floor level.
• Strong facilitation and root‑cause analysis skills tied to OEE and loss‑elimination outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Train Operators, Team Leaders, and Maintenance on KHMS Problem Solving and escalation.
• Define 5W-1H triggers from downtime and drive use of 5Why and related tools.
• Review KHMS standards and implement countermeasures to eliminate losses and monitor compliance.
• Train in 5S and establish 5S evaluation checks and audits.
• Support DMS routines and health checks; contribute to Daily Performance Meeting.
• Coach and build capability across Operators, Maintenance, and Team Leaders.
