Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn plant systems and CI reporting tools.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate operational data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to reduce waste and downtime.
• Coordinate and track rework activities to maximize product recovery and minimize waste.
• Partner with production teams to identify, document, and report causes of waste.
• Maintain and analyze CI data using Excel and reporting tools.
• Enforce and track the use of CI tools and documentation.
• Conduct 5S audits each shift and drive issue resolution.
• Communicate trends and improvement opportunities to CI Supervisor and plant leadership.
• Support problem-solving activities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coach and motivate production employees to participate in CI efforts.
