Job summary

Kraft Heinz Kendallville Plant is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead line performance, staffing, and safety on the 2nd shift (2:00pm–11:00pm). You will own the shift plan, coordinate changeovers, and drive continuous improvement across the production lines.

You will coach teams on 5S, CLM, and the Oscar system, develop standard work, and participate in planning and PDCA reviews. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Capable of learning intermediate Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, and ZPI.
• Strong planning/interpersonal skills and communication.
• Understanding of documentation requirements and importance.

Responsibilities

• Manage line performance across multiple lines.
• Own the shift plan and staffing needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems and results.
• Lead root cause problem solving on key losses.
• Coordinate product changeovers according to production schedule.
• Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed daily.
