Job summary

Kraft Heinz Garland Plant is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean events, drive KHMS adoption, and deliver cost reductions across Operations. You will coach front-line managers, develop KPI visuals, and coordinate large cross-functional initiatives spanning supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and R&D.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, a Black Belt preferred, Green Belt required, and strong mentoring and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing operations experience required.
• 2+ years leading CI projects or transformation initiatives.
• Black Belt preferred; Green Belt required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet timelines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productivity decks.
• Generate cost-reduction opportunities and implement process improvements to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Coordinate major initiatives across Supply Chain (purchasing, distribution, manufacturing, packaging, engineering).
• Implement MOS & Lean / Six Sigma processes at plant locations.
• Participate in QRMP audit and develop procedures and corrective actions.
• Develop KPIs and tracking visuals; drive KHMS progress across the site.
