Job summary

Kraft Heinz Massillon is seeking a Process Owner to lead a cross-functional line team on the Massillon production line, partnering with maintenance and CI resources to improve performance under KHMS.

The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. A high school diploma is required; Lean Six Sigma certification and 2+ years' manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional production line team with maintenance and CI resources to reduce losses and improve line performance.
• Drive execution of KHMS and support operating excellence standards and pillar activities.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as safety, quality, OEE, yield, labor efficiency, and asset utilization.
• Lead structured performance reviews and problem-solving to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, environmental, and workplace safety programs (GMP, HACCP).
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, reliability improvements, standard work, and waste reduction.
• Coach and develop team members to foster accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure effective communication and documentation across shifts and cross-functional teams.
