Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Champaign, IL seeks a Process Owner to oversee 3-shift, 24-hour operations under the Production Manager. You will lead safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and efficiency while driving KHMS, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities include directing reports, managing throughput and asset utilization, leading meetings, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with EHS, HACCP, 5S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; diploma acceptable with extensive manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership in a manufacturing setting with safety, quality, and cost-focus.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3-shift 24-hour operations; ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Lead and participate in planning, PDCA, DPM, and Level 2 meetings.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement through KHMS and RCA.
